Returns

• You can return unused and unopened products within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be in their original packaging and condition.

• To start a return, please contact us at info@radde.pk with your order details.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

Refunds

• Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the product and notify you of approval or rejection.

• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• We replace items if they’re defective or damaged. Contact us at info@radde.pk within 14 days of receiving your item.

Exceptions

• Final sale items and opened cosmetics cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

• Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.
